Duties and Responsibility:

Employee Development and Training

• Identify training and development needs within the organization and design relevant programs 
• Implement Performance Management Systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans 

Employee Relations 

• Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment. 
• Provide guidance in handling employee-related matters.  

Policy Development and Compliance: 

• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations 
• Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements. 

Diversity and Inclusion

• Promote Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization. 
• Collaborate with leadership to create an inclusive work environment that values differences. 

 Change Management

• Support organizational change initiatives by assisting in communication plans, training, and transition management. 

Talent Hiring

• Hiring of required profiles on various job portals or through coordination with manpower vendors in case of blue collar employees.

Qualifications:
