HR Executive Job in Rewari at JRG India Automotive Industries

Key Responsibilities:

1. Time Sheet & Attendance Management:

• Daily monitoring and verification of attendance records (biometric/manual).
• Management of timesheets, overtime calculations, and leave records.
• Coordination with Payroll for accurate data submission and monthly closures.
• Addressing attendance discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.

2. HR Operations:

• Maintaining employee records (physical and digital).
• Supporting HR documentation like offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
• Coordinating onboarding & induction for new joiners.
• Exit management including documentation and full & final settlements.

3. Plant Hiring – Blue Collar Recruitment:

• End-to-end recruitment of workmen and contract labor (sourcing to onboarding).
• Liaising with contractors and local vendors for manpower supply.
• Conducting interviews, skill tests, and ensuring right-fit hiring for shop-floor operations.
• Maintaining manpower availability as per production schedules.

4. Compliance & Other HR Activities:

• Ensuring compliance with labor laws related to attendance and working hours.
• Supporting HR audits and inspections.
• Coordinating with Admin and Safety teams for smooth workforce management.
• Supporting employee engagement and welfare activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing plant.
• Prior experience in blue collar/plant-level hiring is mandatory.
• Knowledge of time & attendance software and MS Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a plant environment.
