Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems, provide support in setting KPIs, and monitor employee performance.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and support career development initiatives.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, maintain accurate employee records, and handle HR documentation.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, manage employee benefits programs, and ensure timely disbursement.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS), MS Office Suite, and familiarity with HR analytics tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
• Certifications: Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
