Planify is hiring for the HR Executive's role!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Set up company policies to build a good culture, address employees' grievances
• Talent Acquisition across diverse fields, Leave & Payroll Management.
• Candidate who can believe in the company's vision and is looking for a long-term commitment.
• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
• Overseeing the employee's termination process.
• Counseling employees as and when required.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
• Maintaining and recording employee attendance.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle.
• Ability to work in a critical environment.
• Exceptional active listening skills.
• Good in communication
• Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills.
• Good conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Strong work ethics.
