HR Executive Job in Mumbai at Muthoot Finance

Role Overview:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee engagement activities, and help with day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field and contribute to the growth of Muthoot Group’s HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates)
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Help in preparing HR reports and presentations
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Coordinate employee training and development activities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits
• Help in organizing employee engagement and wellness programs

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with HR software and databases
• Previous internship or part-time experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
