About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates based on given Job descriptions from various online channels (e.g.:- Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc).
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Screening and shortlisting profiles in the preliminary rounds of interview.
- Candidate management – Coordination and scheduling for Interviews. Post-offer engagements with the selected candidates. Develops strong in-house sourcing and assessment capabilities.
- Interview Feedback Collation and maintaining the Interview Tracker.
- Adherence to targets.
- Source candidates for bulk hirings and lateral positions.
