Indus Valley Partners is hiring for the job role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval
• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
• Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
• Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
• Managing the employees’ data of each department
• Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department

Requirements:

• Generalist with exposure to all aspects of HR operations
• Should be familiar with HR systems like HRIS, PMS, LMS, etc. Back-end exposure to these systems as an admin, familiarity with activities such as report downloads, data crunching, etc
• Handling HR tickets/queries daily basis
• Should have dealt with a setup that is a combination of automation and manual HR activities
• Exposure to employee onboarding activities
• Experience in supporting team members with HR-related data, relevant reports, etc
• Excellent with MIS/reporting
• A post-graduate/ MBA
• Graduates with relevant experience can also apply
• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
