Webkul is hiring for the role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and issue Letter of Intent (LOIs) and offer letters to new employees.
• Handle pre- and post-joining processes.
• Ensure the timely completion of new hire documentation, including employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and other relevant forms.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a great experience for new employees.
• Conduct background checks for new hires.
• Create and update credentials for new hires.
• Assist in various day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, employee files, and record maintenance.
• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment.
• Assist in campus hiring and conduct HR rounds for the candidates.

Requirements:

• You should be a self-starter and confident fellow with excellent communication and presentation skills and a zeal to learn new things
• Education: MBA
