Teamwork Arts Private Limited is hiring for the role of HR Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintaining & updating all the Resumes & online applications received online or offline
•  Preparing an MIS for all the Applications received
• Conducting Initial Screening of the candidates 
• Doing follow-ups on the interview lineups and feedback sharing  
• Completing the reference check forms for the new hires 
• Completing the joining formalities & induction for all the new joiners
• Maintaining & Updating employee records and employee files
• Updating the Attendance and leave records for all employees and retainers 
• Maintaining the records of the Attendance register, Biometric attendance & Leave details
• Working on the attendance software and updating the monthly attendance
• Compiling the leave & Attendance details for all outstation staff and update the same in the Attendance
• Maintaining & updating the Employee records in the Excel sheet
• Preparing the monthly HR Newsletter
• Following up on the EHS documentation
• Introducing new HR activities and initiatives
• Assisting in preparing the training calendar

Requirements:

• Qualification
  
  • MBA HR from a good institute
• 1-3 years Experience in HR generalist role
