John Cockerill is hiring for the role of HR Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collecting and organizing HR data from various sources such as payroll, employee records, and surveys.
• Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement within the organization.
• Supporting the HR team in the development and maintenance of HR metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, country hr leaders and other stakeholders to gather requirements for data analysis projects and reports.
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data by performing regular data audits and cleaning activities.
• Assisting in the creation and presentation of data-driven reports and recommendations to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics to drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
• Adhering to data privacy regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Participating in various HR projects as needed, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compensation analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Min 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or a related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with HRIS systems (Successfactors), Powerbi tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
