Responsibilities:

• Actively source and identify potential candidates for BFSI positions.
• Review resumes and applications for BFSI roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for BFSI positions.
• Schedule interviews between BFSI candidates and client hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for both clients and candidates.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of BFSI candidate information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and company policies.
• Gather feedback from both clients and candidates post-interview.
• Facilitate communication between clients and candidates to address any concerns.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified BFSI candidates for future opportunities.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Stay informed about BFSI industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
• Provide insights to clients regarding the BFSI talent landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coordinator or similar role in BFSI recruitment.
• Knowledge of BFSI roles, industry terminology, and recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with BFSI-specific recruitment tools and databases.
