• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and clients.
• Ensure a smooth interview process and gather feedback from both parties.
• Coordinate technical assessments for candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client requirements, candidate profiles, and interview feedback.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and candidates, providing updates on the recruitment process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and changes to better understand client needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role in a recruitment agency.
• Knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and databases.
