HR Case Consultant Job in Bangalore at Natwest Group

Natwest Group is hiring for the role of HR Case Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

•  You’ll deliver effective coaching and support for the business to enable them to confidently deal with HR issues.
• You’ll be managing a portfolio of employee grievance, disciplinary and absence cases or employee health cases, advising and supporting people managers on related matters.
• Leading or contributing to project activity to enhance our service
• Using skilled and in-depth probing to make an assessment of each situation and advise a realistic, business focused solution  
• Minimising risk to the business by ensuring a consistent approach to diagnosis of issues and the subsequent advice and actions
• Managing allocated case portfolios in-line with targets in relation to health advisory and maintaining a communication flow with the business throughout the life of the case
• Proactively contributing to and supporting ongoing continuous improvements across the Policy & Advice operation to enhance our ways of working and simplify it for the customer
