Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees
• Identify process gaps to improve and optimize processes
• Support in data collation and preparation of reports
• Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures
• Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries
• Ensure basic HR hygiene and support the IR team on compliance issues
• Align with businesses to implement talent engagement and development
  initiatives
• Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the
  employees. 

Requirements :
