Avnet India Pvt Ltd is hiring for the role of HR Business Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, understanding their objectives and challenges, and providing HR solutions that drive performance and employee engagement. Partner with COE and Service Delivery Center on HR matters and provide guidelines on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development.
• Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs, develop succession plans, and implement strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Site-level Talent reviews, Succession Planning & Talent Development.
• Handle employee relations matters with a fair and consistent approach, addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Solid Experience on employee grievance redressal.
• Support organizational changes by providing guidance on change management strategies and ensuring smooth transitions. Consults with India management to define and execute HR initiatives in support of business strategy. Developing Teams & Building Site.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and work with HR leadership to develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with industry standards and company objectives.
• Identify training needs, recommend relevant programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Similarity or experience working on Workday.
• Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and experience of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development is a plus.
