HR Associate Job in Gurgaon at Gartner

Gartner is hiring for the role of HR Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide general support to inquiries from Gartner associates, HR teams and COEs, and other Gartner HR stakeholders
• Maintain, audit, and create AskHR knowledge base articles, partnering with COEs to create new content for our most frequently asked questions
• Process and analyze HR and ServiceNow data for reporting purposes and new self-service capabilities
• Work in close partnership with business-unit-aligned Recruiters, HR Associates and HR Partners

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional administrative experience
• HR operations, HR coordination, or HR generalist experience preferred
• Superb customer service skills and sense of urgency in a service environment
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently, applying a research-driven and continuous improvement mindset to each task
• Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines and SLAs
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a virtual team  
• Inquiry ticketing/triage experience, preferably in a system (ServiceNow)
• Professional interest in drafting written and verbal HR-related communications and content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and/or documentation
• Understanding of HR processes and the ability to apply business rules
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
• HRIS experience preferred, preferably Workday.
