HR Assistant Analyst Job in Hyderabad at PepsiCo

PepsiCo is hiring for the role of HR Assistant Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for providing data and analytics support, across different HR verticals: Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Talent Management, Total Rewards, internal MIS, and the broader HR function including the market HR teams.
• Look after all aspects of our HR reporting and analysis, including data acquisition and validation, as well as interpretation of the results. 
• Deliver the core set of reports on a bi-weekly, monthly quarterly, annual basis, or ad-hoc as agreed timelines with defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist in full-time supporting APAC/AMESA reporting and dashboards and payroll reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Should have the ability to create macros
• Good project management skills
• Ability to work with virtual teams across the globe (remote work locations)
• Actively participate in technical discussions, driving clarity of complex issues/requirements to build robust solutions
• Strong communication skills to meet with business, understand sometimes ambiguous, needs, and translate to clear, aligned requirements
