Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
• Support the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and organizing orientation sessions.
• Handle documentation for employee lifecycle events (onboarding, promotions, terminations).
• Coordinate HR projects and take meeting notes as needed.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
