Flex is hiring for the role of HR Assistant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Scheduling interviews
- Set up travel for the candidates and processing travel expenses.
- Responsible for creating the offer packet for the candidate including all paperwork and the offer letter for the candidate selected for hire.
- Supporting background check initiation and closure.
- Processing Mass Requisition process on conversions.
- Supporting other general activities under the HR support function.
Requirements:
- Any graduate (preferably a Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, or Business Administrator) with 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication skills – Written and Spoken
- Collaborative
- Networking skills
- Presentation skills
- Proactive
- Good analytical skills
- Flexible to work in shift
