Paytm is hiring for the role of HR Analytics - Team Lead!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- HR Analytics & Dashboards
- Responsible for HR Analytics and various functional dashboards/presentations as required by management.
- Grievance Redressal
- Handling escalation for employee grievances across all entities about Exit and HRIS for on-roll.
- Making sure all the grievances are addressed within a timeframe with resolutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Analytics is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of HR Technology / Systems understanding Analytical.
- Should be Solution-oriented.
- Attention to detail
- Should have managed HR Tech projects.
- Must have HR Domain details understanding
