Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive company-wide alignment to pay bands, job architecture, etc, in addition to special projects 
• Responsible for the data quality reviews, data analysis, ad hoc projects, and various reporting needs for the Talent Management team.

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills. 
• Ability to work with multiple sets of data.

• Previous experience and working knowledge of people and talent operations, reporting, general analytics, and spreadsheet modelling. 
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
