John Wood Group is hiring for the role of HR Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create Employee records via the HR system.
• Create Employee Files in the network drives and E-filing of employee documents.
• Ensure Creation of Offer Letter, Employment Contract, Forms and validation of Certificates.
• Issue Global Mandatory Policy Document (GMPD) and progress monitoring.
• Do preparation documents related to employee movements, and updating of employee records in HRIS.
• Prepare timesheets of employees on short-term disability; Send Negative leave balance to Line Managers.
• Do Leaver document preparation, and update of worker's status in HRIS.
• Respond to queries from HR counterparts.

Requirements:

• Business or HR Degree or relevant qualification is ideal, but not essential
• Guidance please – English qualification to achieve candidates with a high degree of written/spoken English
• Strong skills in Excel and Word
• Job-Specific Experience:
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools (Oracle preferred), case management tools and exposure to a shared service centre environment
  • Possess initiative & drive, with a strong desire to continuously improve processes and deliver within the agreed objective / Service Level
  • Previous experience in data entry and maintaining data integrity with confidential information
  • Preparing documents following templates and instructions to ensure accuracy
  • Previous experience in Oil & Gas Environment is added advantage
