Hitachi is hiring for the role of HR & Admin Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Draft the Job Description and share with the consultant to obtain the desired CV's.
• Screening of CVs with matching of the organization needs.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring against open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements joining formalities and new hire orientation.
• Keep an update of employee's data in personal file and employee master.
• Facilitates the Mediclaim process i.e. GPA, GMC, GTL in terms of addition, deletion, endorsement records, quotations & renewals.
• Key coordinator & presiding officer of ICC-POSH.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA (HR)
• Experience: 3-6 Years
• Expertise in HR policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of hiring processes
• Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
