HR & Admin- Executive Internship in Mumbai at AnyMind Group

AnyMind Group is hiring for the role of HR & Admin- Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Screening resumes and selecting the best fit sending them to the line manager
• Handling candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirements.
• Dealing with vendors like PF Agents, Housekeeping, Stationers, Pest Control & Travel Agents etc.
• Checking vendors' bills, phone bills, maintenance bills, etc. & same proceed for payment.
• Arranging & maintaining stationery, housekeeping, and general office upkeep.
  Handling all Office Housekeeping, Office Security, Office Repair & Maintenance, Office Maintenance & Pantry.
• Handling office assistants across all offices
• Taking care of all AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) like Air-conditioning & Housekeeping, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Multitasker
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition and/or Office Admin
• Excellent communicator and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, service minded.
• Flexible mindset and a team player
