Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate interviews, and selection.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing feedback and recommendations for employee development.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on changes and advising the organization accordingly.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, both electronically and in hard copy.
• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
