Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of documentation, orientation schedules, and training materials.
• Assist in conducting orientation sessions for new employees.
• Provide support in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
• Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by promoting a healthy work environment.
• Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring HR compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Familiarity with HRIS or other HR software.
• Demonstrated interest in human resources through relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities.
