JOB DESCRIPTION -

• Filing of regulatory returns (XBRL) and reports with Regulators NHB or RBI
• Preparation of various compliance report & certificate for submission with regulators- NHB or RBI
• Well versed in excel and word (having good skill of drafting)
• Compliance testing
• Compliance Risk Assessment
• Drafting and amendment of various policies and process
• Assessment of adequacy of procedures and other documents governing business activities to ensure compliance with applicable business regulations, resolve any identified deficiencies, and formulate mitigation plans for same.
• Handling NHB/RBI Inspection and preparation of reply for closure.
• Monitoring and tracking of Complaints Redressal within TAT from various regulatory portal.
• Preparation of checklist on upcoming guidelines and circulars of NHB/RBI, compliances mentioned in policies and updating the respective department in this regard for strict compliance for same.
• Monitoring and review the process, system pursuant to regulatory changes.
• Maintaining records or documents pertaining to correspondence with regulators
• Co-ordination with various regulatory authorities
• Compilation of compliance findings as per the various regulatory provisions and follow up with team for strict compliance for same
• Preparation of Agenda for Board Meeting and various Committee Meeting as per regulatory requirements.
