Hospital Support Executive Job in Ahmedabad at Lifesigns

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Foster strong working relationships with doctors, nurses, and technicians in assigned hospitals.
• Adapt to hospital culture to ensure seamless integration of Lifesigns’ solutions.
• Train hospital staff on the deployment and usage of Lifesigns’ devices and monitoring dashboards.
• Ensure clinical teams understand the benefits of reduced manual tracking and improved patient monitoring.
• Provide hands-on support during initial deployment phases to build user confidence.
• Address staff concerns around new technology adoption, including job security and prior experience.
• Present clear benefits and guide stakeholders through the transition to digital monitoring.
• Oversee the deployment of Lifesigns’ Smart Monitoring solution, ensuring optimal coverage across eligible beds compared to conventional wired systems.
• Monitor daily patient admissions and ensure the solution is utilized where needed.
• Monitor patient vitals and promptly inform medical teams of critical alerts.
• Document early warnings and coordinate with Account Managers for follow-up.
• Ensure prompt issue resolution to minimize hospital escalations.
• Maintain records of allocated, returned, or replaced devices.
• Conduct routine checks for battery life, connectivity, and readiness.
• Coordinate with IT/Operations teams for device servicing or support.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of deployments, patient alerts, and key staff interactions.
• Capture measurable improvements, such as nurse time savings.
• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely payment collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, nursing, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare support roles.
• Strong understanding of patient monitoring systems and healthcare technology.
• Regional language fluency is essential; basic English is acceptable.
• Experience in patient counselling and professional communication with doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
• Proficient in using healthcare software and digital platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical environment
