Home Care Process Science Manager Job in Bangalore at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL)

HUL is hiring for the position of Home Care Process Science Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with international and interdisciplinary teams (Unilever R&D, Academics, material and equipment suppliers) to develop next-generation solid formats including powders, and bars.
• Develop a deep understanding of how to process/structure products that deliver against consumer needs.
• Generate ideas for new products and for improvement of existing products.
• Must have a “hands-on” approach to pilot plant and laboratory scale-up activities. Need to be able to work in a safe, disciplined manner.
• Lead team of engineers and workstreams/projects.

Requirements:

• PhD in Chemical/Process Engineering or Material Science.
• In-depth knowledge of rheology, thermodynamics, processing equipment principles, and practices
• Computer literate and digital savvy (experience of DoE and statistical data analysis).
• Project management (communication and presentation).
• Experience in product/process development, scale and technology transfer desirable function.
