Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Conduct research and data analysis, to take informed business decisions to drive Business.
- Identify system gaps and coordinate with different teams for permanent fixes.
- Ownership of process improvements and developments by coordinating with different departments in Tech/Non-Tech.
- Able to drive new projects as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication / interpersonal skills
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic insurance and concepts
- Excellent People Management Skills
- Able to cope with fast-paced work environment
