About this Job
Harman is hiring for the role of HIL/SIL with Python Testing Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts in Python for HIL/SIL testing
- Work with software engineers and test leads to understand the test requirements
- Configure and operate HIL/SIL test environments
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Debug and troubleshoot test failures
- Report test results and findings to the team
- Participate in test planning and strategy development
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HIL/SIL testing tools and technologies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the quality of the product
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools
- Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Automotive Ethernet, etc.)
- Good understanding of testing principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
