NTT DATA is hiring for the role of Helpdesk Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provides L1 technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritising, and resolving reported problems by telephone and email.
- Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Typically, the Analyst level participates in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all online system problems are resolved accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a minimum of 6 months experience in a technical support role.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting Windows 10, Win 8 Operating system, PC Hardware, Basic Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, MS Office, COTS applications, etc.
- Must be able to speak fluent English & possess excellent writing and comprehension skills & excellent customer handling skill
