Healthcare Analyst Job in Kochi at EXL

EXL is hiring for the role of Healthcare Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for managing Ethics Line cases assigned from triage to closure.
• Handle cases involving employees and Retail front store customers (for example: employee complaints of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and customer service issues reported by Retail front store customers)
• Follow up timely with investigators to obtain investigation status updates, the investigation findings (e.g., investigation report) and confirm required remedial actions (e.g., uploading the counseling documents in Ethics Point) are completed as needed before closing cases
• Handle Ethics Line case management and data entry of case status/closure in the Ethics Line case management system.
• Review data health reports and quality reviews timely by making the required updates.

Requirements:

• Must be a Graduate degree holder
• Good Communication and Analytical ability skills
• Proficient in MS Office
