Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end styling process for shoots (studio, editorial, campaign).
• Set creative styling direction in line with brand identity and fashion trends.
• Manage and mentor a team of stylists and interns.
• Collaborate with creative, photography, merchandising, and production teams.
• Approve final looks, mood boards, and shoot-ready styling briefs.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and innovation in all styling output.
• Stay updated with market trends, category-specific insights, and seasonal aesthetics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Styling, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in fashion styling.
• Excellent visual, organizational, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
