Airtel is hiring for the role of Head-New Products Development and Solutions!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Planning the product strategy and getting it implemented for all the Airtel Business new products. 
• Leading a team of Network Product Managers to drive all new products and solutions for Airtel Business.
• Building the end-to-end, complete digital journey at all network touch points for all the products from ideation to planning, delivery, and assurance stages.
• Building a team of SMEs to lead the end-to-end network journey for all products such as Private Networks, SDWAN, IoT, BoD, IWAN, and FWA. 
• Driving product development of the digital infrastructure to offer high-quality products to enterprise customers.
• Digitizing the entire life cycle of the customer journey for all products across B2B.
• Engaging with business teams and customers to understand market trends and work with NPD CFT to create new products and solutions accordingly. 

• Good knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
