Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide legal services to all functions/departments.
• Manage legal business matters about the organization.
• Provide a variety of general corporate and commercial legal services to several in-house clients.
• Act as a trusted business partner on legal issues involving the organization’s government and regulatory compliance.
• Manage a team with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork to support RDIN legal & compliance framework & will also be an active participant in the APAC Legal Diagnostic Network & lead teams.

Requirements:

• Possess extensive knowledge of corporate legal laws in the healthcare sector, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective legal strategies for large-sized organizations.
