Tata Steel is hiring for the role of Head Business Acceleration-Innovent!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Deliver on scalability, profitability & replicability of commercialized projects Business Model validation for pilot projects through hypothesis & action standards and drive the same towards commercialization
- Analyze and evaluate the market/competition on an ongoing basis to build enablers for driving innovation
- Provide resources and enable capability building within team Develop communication briefs in line with agreed communication objectives & drive execution in close co-ordination with multiple internal & external stakeholders.
- Collaboration with designers, manufacturers, R&D, consultants, internal stakeholders to bring fruition to the envisaged product/service and establish proof of concept
- Conduct primary & secondary research, dig out information areas on consumer pain point, whitespace and curate business concepts from scratch post idea generation through processes.
Requirements:
- Leadership skills, high interpersonal effectiveness, networking skills, customer orientation, commercial acumen, collaboration skills, people development, ability to manage large teams, problem solver, high achievement orientation & drive for results
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 Institute
