HCM Technical Consultant Job in Ahmedabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of HCM Technical Consultant!

Responsibilities if the Candidate:

• The role will support clients in connecting Darwinbox’s HCM suite with various internal and third-party systems like payroll, attendance, ERP, and finance platforms.
• Integration Design & Mapping
• Configure Darwinbox integration modules and assist in setting up connectors (APIs, middleware, SFTP jobs).
• Conduct end-to-end integration testing, including unit and UAT support
• Collaborate with implementation consultants and client stakeholders to gather inputs and provide updates.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Should be well versed with Indian Payroll. Experience with Darwinbox or would be preferred.
• Good to have: Experience in configuring/executing payroll in any other payroll application (SAP HR, Zing HR, GreytHR, Orange HR etc)
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
