Cognizant is hiring for the job role of Hardware Product Life Cycle Mgmt Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure that the product data set (i.e. Product structure in TeamCenter, PCBs, PCBAs, units, cables, etc.) is prepared correctly, complete, and required quality.
• Initiate ECOs, temporary/permanent deviations, and rework instructions.
• Be part of/organize DRM/DFM meetings by bringing the designer into the job.
• Admin responsibility for Internal / External Sharepoint Sites: defining access rights, and ensuring product data management (i.e. configuration, completeness, integrity, etc.).
• Ensure that EMS gets only the data they need in time and with the required quality.
• Ensure the right folder structure is created and maintained.
• Organize the periodic follow-up meetings with EMS (Electronics Manufacturers).
• Follow up the implementation of new designs, changes, approved deviations, and rework.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is often expected.
