Job Description:

• Handling HNI customers and maintaining good relationship with them to improve the sales.
• Enhances customer experience by overseeing all Guest Relations activities, ensuring every customer receives a consistent and high-quality store experience.
• Leads and develops the GR team, managing operations, performance, grooming, training, and overall service quality.
• Supports sales functions through customer profiling, data monitoring, event coordination, and assisting in store promotions and exhibitions.
• Maintains store ambience and SOP compliance, ensuring visual merchandising standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Analyses customer service feedback and prepares reports to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.
