Kaseya is hiring for the role of Analyst!!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Update the AM and NCA Top Priorities Page weekly when the newsletter is released.
• Add new hires and one-offs to Showpad and manage access.
• Oversee the Showpad Support Teams Channel.
• Update the Value Conversation Tool Kit page every week.
• Publish GTM Comm emails as Word documents to Showpad and add them to the GTM Comms page.
• Maintain and update the Showpad Admin Runbook as processes evolve.
• Handle content update requests through the Sales Enablement Request Queue.
• Assist with various projects as needed, such as new product name changes, overhauls, and content audits.
• Add shoutouts (Pop-Ups) in WalkMe.
• Build Smart Walk-Thrus in WalkMe.
• Update the menu in WalkMe.
• Pull reports from WalkMe Insights.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge as a WalkMe builder, with the ability to utilize JQuery effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
• Eagerness to learn and improve skills.
• Experience in content management, with familiarity in Showpad or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with WalkMe reporting and analytics
