Airtel is hiring for the role of GTM Mass Retail!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Assist in competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure a smooth rollout of new products.
- Assist in monthly activities GAC (to keep acquisition cost within budgets), Schemes, and targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone-wise sales to take corrective actions on products, and increase numbers of revenue-enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Well-versed in Computer knowledge and operating Systems, Excel & Access.
- Full-time graduate, preferably MBA/ PGDM
- 4-6 years of experience in Market Management, Pricing Customer & Sales.
- Product Knowledge - Thorough knowledge of prepaid products & distribution.
- Analytical Aptitude keen analyst uses this skill to enhance the quality of job delivery.
- People Management & Inter-personal Skills
- Manage the backend & front-end coordination with ease
