Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• This role will give you a chance to understand organisations & entrepreneurship from the top; Get insights into organization building & a close-up into growth & scaling
• Wide ranging exposure to diverse functions spanning Operations, people development, fundraising & research

• And lastly, a crash course on preparing for your own start-up if you want to build one. Working directly with the founders and leadership team and understanding the intricacies of decision-making at the highest echelons.

Requirements:

• Basic exposure  of working in a professional environment ( having your own start-up/working in a start-up in the past counts)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; relationship building will be a considered plus
• Having a functional knowledge of  Microsoft suite or G-Suite is a must; 
• Be based out of or willing to relocate  to Bangalore/Chennai (and willing to travel extensively)
• Undergrad degree (unless you have a sound reason why you dropped out of college)
