Nova Benefits is hiring for the role of Growth Product Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Define and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and upsell opportunities.
• Develop compelling product narratives that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions to various customer segments.
• Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new feature launches and updates.
• Run experiments to optimize key metrics such as conversion rates and user activation.
• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights into customer pain points and product feedback. Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and refine product positioning.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging assets such as videos, blogs, case studies, email sequences, and in-product messaging. Ensure all content aligns with Nova Benefits’ tone and brand voice.
• Work closely with engineering and rest of product teams to ensure user feedback informs product development.
• Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives using relevant tools

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or a related field (preferably in SaaS or B2B industries).
• Proven track record of driving growth metrics (e.g., acquisition, activation, and retention) through marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, Mailmodo, Posthog, Zoho CRM).
• Hands-on experience in user research and A/B testing.
• A team player with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
