One Impression is hiring for the role of Growth & Partnership Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the team to compile detailed rosters of creators within specific categories. Craft pitch decks and email templates tailored to brands, effectively communicating OneClub's creators' strengths and their compelling work.
• Research and identify potential brand partnerships aligned with the creators' categories and target audience. Develop an organized outreach strategy, scouting for relevant POC details to establish partnerships and collaborations.
• Initiate contact with potential brand partners through cold emails and calls, introducing them to OneClub's mission and the benefits of collaborating with our creators. Bulk emailing using various engines and mail templates to experiment and widen the reach
• Conduct thorough research to identify emerging and established creators whose work aligns with OneClub's vision. Engage with creators through various channels, conveying the advantages of joining the OneClub community.
• Research and identify relevant offline events, meetups, and industry gatherings suitable for creators to enhance their exposure and growth. Leverage various platforms to find events that resonate with our creators' interests.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive database of photographers, videographers, editors, and freelance content creators in major cities who are proficient in making social media content and would be available to work with OneClub creators based on the demand Ensure the database is regularly updated with accurate and relevant information.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in a relevant degree program or recent graduation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive in approaching tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation trends.
• Basic understanding of brand partnerships and outreach strategies.
• Proficiency in using tools for email outreach and data management is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
