 Job Description – Growth Partner Roles and Responsibilities  

• Responsible for ensuring that all allocated schools are in good health and for engaging  with key stakeholders in the school and updating them about the training progress. 

• Assist in planning and identifying the training needs for all the schools on a periodical basis  and providing necessary support to enhance their skills & knowledge base. 

• Expertise in resolving customer queries, establishing relationships with clients & achieving  renewal targets 

• Responsible for renewals and upgrades. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

● 4-8 years of experience as a teacher trainer, and education coach. 

● Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. 

● Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills 

● Excellent verbal and written communications skills 

● Education Domain experience preferred 

● The role includes a lot of traveling
