Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and increase customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
• Manage and optimize outbound sales campaigns targeting global markets.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements in marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B startup environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in the UK shift schedule.
• Willingness to travel internationally. A valid visa and an international driver’s license are required.
