Growth Marketing Manager Job in Gurugram at Toroi Technologies Pvt Ltd.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing expert who possesses a passion for marketing. As Growth Marketing Manager at Toroi you will work with a team of multitalented people and assist in marketing our flagship mobile application, Fantasy Trading League.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the executive team
• Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns
• Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
• Own and execute performance marketing
• Own and execute affiliate marketing
• The report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI and work towards Conversation Rate Optimisation
• Run AB / MVT experiments
• Work closely with various internal stakeholders
  
  Academic Qualifications / Skills required:
• Good track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts
• Expert in Google search, Microsoft search, shopping, d1iscovery, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Amazon ads
• Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimising to scale the campaigns
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics Setup, Optimisation, Integrations,segmentation, and attribution modelling
