Growth Marketing Manager Job in Gurgaon at SBNRI

What You’ll Own:

Growth & Acquisition:

• Build and execute multi-channel growth strategies (performance, SEO, social, affiliates, partnerships).
• Own CAC, ROAS, and growth funnel metrics.
• Lead rapid experimentation — landing pages, creatives, copy, funnels, targeting.

Performance Marketing:

• Optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic.
• Deep dive into analytics to identify scalable pockets of growth.

Product-Led Growth:

• Work closely with Product & Tech to create growth loops, referral engines, and conversion-optimized journeys.
• Drive initiatives like A/B testing, onboarding improvements, and retention nudges.

Analytics & Insights:

•  Build dashboards, track KPIs, and present insights to leadership.
• Use data to tell compelling stories and guide both strategic and tactical decisions.

Partnerships & Community:

• Identify and build growth-driving partnerships (influencers, content creators, NRI communities).
• Collaborate with Content & Brand teams to build high-impact narratives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience (fintech/consumer tech preferred).
• Strong hold on analytics, attribution, and performance tools (GA4, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, WebEngage, etc).
• Comfort with experimentation frameworks and fast decision-making.
• You love owning numbers and thrive in an environment where speed > perfection.
