Ultrahuman is hiring for the role of Growth Marketer (Podcasts and Newsletters)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Podcast Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive podcast marketing strategy, including content planning, guest outreach, and promotion, to increase listenership and attract a broader audience.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to produce engaging and valuable podcast episodes that resonate with our target audience.
• Distribution and Promotion: Identify relevant podcast directories, platforms, and communities to distribute our podcast content effectively. Utilize social media and other channels to promote new episodes and encourage audience engagement.
• Listener Analytics: Monitor and analyze podcast performance metrics, including downloads, listener demographics, and listener retention, to gain insights and optimize future podcast marketing efforts.
• Newsletter Campaigns: Develop and execute newsletter marketing campaigns, creating compelling and informative content to drive user engagement and subscription growth.
• Email Automation: Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads, improve customer retention, and encourage user activity within the newsletters.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on podcast episode titles, newsletter subject lines, and content formats to optimize open rates and engagement metrics.
• Collaboration with Partners: Build relationships with podcast hosts, influencers, and industry partners for potential collaborations, cross-promotion, and guest opportunities.
• Analyze Trends: Stay up-to-date with podcast and newsletter marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• KPI Tracking: Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for podcast and newsletter marketing efforts and regularly report on progress to the marketing team and management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in building a strong brand on social media with podcasts and newsletter campaigns
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and podcast analytics tools
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling podcast content and engaging newsletters
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance data and make data-backed marketing decisions
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing marketing campaigns based on results
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Passion for podcasts, newsletters, and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape
